Consultation has concluded.

The Town of Cobourg is requesting input from employees regarding their COVID-19 vaccination status and how the Town may help to facilitate vaccinations for employees. This voluntary survey will assist the Senior Leadership Team on how best to rollout the COVID-19 Administrative Vaccination Policy to all employees.

This survey should only take no more than 5 minutes of your time and is completely voluntary.

Deadline: Monday, September 13, 2021.
