Hello and welcome back to our Employee Pulse Survey!

The Employee Pulse Survey is one way in which we can get a better sense of employee morale year-over-year and identify areas of improvement. So thank you for your continuous feedback and assistance in making the Town a great place to work.

How we have applied your feedback:

• Developed our Employee Performance Awards and additional opportunities to celebrate milestones
• Developed our Internal Communications strategy and implementation of internal communications tools such as our digital bulletin board program
• Implemented new education and training programming based on your feedback
• Developed new opportunities to gather as a team

Next Steps
We are once again circulating the Employee Pulse Check so that we can compare results to best gauge areas that require more work.

About the Survey
