2019-2022 Strategic Plan Midterm Review

Background
When Municipal Council is elected every four years they set the Strategic Plan for the term. The Strategic Plan consists of objectives, strategic actions and desired outcomes that will help guide the Municipality and set out its vision for the next term. The purpose of this plan is to provide strategic priorities and a road map for Council and Town staff as we determine how to best provide services and help our town thrive. Goal
As part of the discussion at Municipal Council's upcoming Special Committee of the Whole Meeting on April 1st at 9 a.m. Council will be participating in the Strategic Plan Midterm Review and will be looking to provide additional perspective on what the community would like to see Council prioritize and focus on for the remainder of their term.

This feedback will be provided to Municipal Council prior to their meeting on April 1st.
