The Town of Cobourg website is the main platform for sharing information and connecting with the community online. In 2025, the Town launched new platforms for Cobourg.ca and ExperienceCobourg.ca, replacing the corporate site’s previous platform, which had reached its end of life.

The Cobourg.ca homepage now features a Google-powered search bar that retrieves content from both sites. The new websites also offer an intuitive navigation menu, a user-friendly design, and accessibility and responsiveness across devices. The modern content management system also provides more options for layout and design.

The short survey below gathers public feedback on the functionality, usability, and overall effectiveness of these websites to help guide future improvements. Questions also ask which website services or features you would like explained through how-to videos or guides as part of an upcoming educational series.
